I confirm I have full authority to bind theMember entity (company/trust/partnership etc.).

The Member acquires GenAdvance for business purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the parties contract out of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (s43).

I understand GenAdvance is a 3‑year commitment (Program Term).

AI commitment: I agree to use exclusively Samen‑supplied genetics for 100% of AI Matings in our herd during each breeding season under the GenAdvance Annual Plan throughout the Program Term, unless Samen agrees otherwise in writing.

Sire selection: I understand GenAdvance is supplied as a ‘highest‑merit available’ sire solution. Priority access does not guarantee supply of any specific bull and substitutions may occur.

I agree to provide basic herd, calving and production data reasonably required to support the Annual Plan and program review.

Early exit: I understand GenAdvance-only benefits stop if we exit early, and clawback of Program Incentives already received may apply (e.g., polled premium waiver, genomic testing discounts, and any free/discounted add‑ons such as tags), as set out in the Terms &Conditions.
