40 hours per Week, Monday to Friday.
The successful applicant will have intermediate skills in using all Microsoft programs. This position demands a high level of customer service and organising skills. Successful candidates are responsible for preparing and packing straw orders into liquid nitrogen banks. Heavy Lifting will be required, needing to be strong and capable.
No previous experience necessary, full on job training provided.
This position requires the applicant to have a full NZ driver’s license.

Job Description:
Despatch of frozen semen and breeding-related products:
· Working with liquid nitrogen in a safe manner
· Heavy lifting of equipment and products
· Stock control and inventory management
· Customer storage processing
· Database entry and maintenance
Customer and Supplier Relations:
· Liaise with customers and suppliers in a professional and courteous manner
· Support on-road sales staff with despatch requirements
· Handle occasional telephone enquiries
Warehouse Management:
· Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised despatch area
· Ensure all products leave the premises in a clean and presentable condition
· Process and store incoming sexed semen in tanks according to protocol
· Conduct stock takes of semen straws
· Maintain accurate records of AB tanks and their locations
· Verify order dockets against outgoing products to ensure accuracy, preparing new dockets when required
Safety Requirements: Due to the nature of working with liquid nitrogen, appropriate safety attire must be worn at all times. This means long trousers and closed-toe shoes are essential – shorts and open-toed footwear are not permitted in the workplace.
