Samen’s gNZI® is proving its worth

Samen’s gNZI® has proven its worth and has now made history again through its role in our elite sire selection process.

For the first time in New Zealand RAS history, Samen NZ holds both the #1 and #2 positions on the Holstein Friesian RAS list  and these bulls potentially  represent two major firsts:

#1 – Bomaz Monument-Pp-ET

BW 457 | Rel. 96%

#2 – TTM Esker-PP-ET

BW 455 | Rel. 91%

Both bulls are polled, and notably, they are father and son.

But the bigger story is not just two standout bulls.

Samen NZ now has five Holstein-Friesian bulls showing strongly on the NZAEL RAS list:

Bomaz Monument-P-ET — BW 457 | Rel. 97%
TTM Esker PP-ET — BW 455 | Rel. 91%
Bomaz Platt-ET — BW 349 | Rel. 73%
Denovo 15897 Boulevard-ET — BW 332 | Rel. 94%
Denovo Joyride P-ET — BW 314 | Rel. 78%

That matters because it shows Samen’s elite sire selection process is producing depth not isolated outliers.

The next opportunity is the new Fast Forward Holstein-Friesian pack, with an average gNZI of 639, helping pave the way for the next generation of high-performing genetics

These results reinforce a clear message for progressive New Zealand dairy farmers:

The selection system is working.
The next generation of elite genetics is already taking shape.
